It's 10% off. They make it a pain to use without a Kohl's charge card. But, if you bug something clearance, have a 30%, and then the 10%, you're really saving.
15% I feel is a little low. Yes, you can stack discounts using your employee discount with regular customer coupons but you also - most of the time - have to use a Kohls charge to get the maximum discount. Employees should be able to use ANY type of payment method. Some of us don't use, want or able to get a Kohls charge so this greatly reduces the benefit. Also, not being able to use a debit card or other credit card to pay when only using the employee discount and occasionally an "any tender" coupon is ridiculous.

It was a decent discount, but Kohl's price gouging doesn't really make it worth it. Giving the 'illusion' of a deal with so many %off sales is how they operate.

Kohl's employee discounts are comparable to other companies. One added perk is the ability to use multiple discounts during certain times of the year.

Its a 15% discount. I don't shop here so I don't care about it. Sometimes you do get extra coupons.

The best thing about the employee discount is that about once a month or so, there's a weekend when employees get a bigger discount than their usual.

The best thing about our discount is that it can be stacked with other coupons. So when the avg customer will get a percentage off, we get the same plus the extra 15% off. Plus, we know when all the good deals are. Worst thing is we can not do price matching, or use expired coupons.
