Employee Discounts

The best thing was the employee discount which really helped as far as getting clothes and other merchandise for very cheap prices. I wish there were more benefits for part time workers

For every item you purchase you recieve %15 off in addition to all other coupons. Unfortunately you would have to use cash, check, or kohls charge.

You can combine it with other offers that kohl's gives so it is super awesome.

Best thing was you could still use your coupons with your discount and you could use it at any store. Bad thing was you couldn't put your purchase on a card...unless it was a kohls charge. So no debit or credit. Annoying

The discount was most beneficial to take advantage of on friends and family days. You were also allowed to use the Kohl's cash with your employee discount and friends and family.

The discount was the only thing that kept me there. Unfortunately, I made so little, I usually spent my earnings before I left the store.

Employee discount was 15% with many associate buying days where discount was double

Ridiculous, even with the discount their prices are so much higher than Amazon.

They had 35% off days 4 times a year and you got to add another coupon on to that and with friends and family you got to use your associate disount plus two other coupons. They'd also have employee exclusive coupons on specific products that you could use additional coupons on as well.
