The company offers 15 percent off everything and if you are a card holder you can use your secret sale coupon with it and about twice a year the offer 35 percent which is great around the holidays

The best thing is that you can get up to 65% if you add it up correctly. And the employee discounts are good. 15% plus 35%. if you have a kohl's card you save more. The worst thing about the employee discounts is that you cant use a credit card and the discounts don't come often enough. They only give around Christmas time. They only allow you to use cash or check.

15% is okay, especially on prestige items. Would definitely be better if it went to 20%

If you play it right you can stack a lot of coupons together with you discount to get nearly 50% off your total purchase.
