Not good. Overall, it did not train you for what you were supposed to do. The impression I got was that CSR was an "off-shoot" of sales associate, so they got a lot of the same training. Nothing can prepare you for the horrors of retail.

Training is great for new hires, but not the same for those who have been there prior to training classes being set up. Classes are offered, but heavy workloads make taking them very difficult.
