The plans offered are expensive with very high employee copay. Expect to pay about 50% of the plan costs (premiums) with Konica Minolta paying the other 50% . The plans offered are different across business units. Because of the high costs to the employee, many employees use their spouses health insurance plan.

Over the years, I'm consistently impressed at all the various things covered by the health insurance benefits. I've never had any issues with claims.
