The company will match 50% of the first 4% of pay you contribute (equal to a 2% match). There is also a 4% Annual Retirement Contribution paid in the first quarter of the following calendar year, even if you are not contributing. For employees hired after January 1, 2021, matching contributions are subject to a 5-year graded vesting schedule: 1-year 20%, 2-years 40%, 3-years 60%, 4-years 80% and 5-years 100%.
