Not all of the options make financial sense unless you have significant pre-existing conditions. The cheapest plan ended up being the most cost effective plan

Health care isn't cheap but this is more of a feature of the size of the company than anything. The company pays a substantial portion of health care but it's still expensive compared to larger companies that get more buying power. Lower cost options have been added and there was no increase in premiums this year. which was appreciated during covid times

It's VERY expensive. The most expensive I've ever seen from an employer. If you're getting more than single coverage it can be 1/3 of your check or more. It's cost prohibitive above single coverage.
