Flexible schedule and autonomy over work. Worst thing is isolated work environment.

Well it was great when they said it was 100% remote for years and then the vice president stated people were to go back into the office two days a week the managing director though said she wants people to go back to the office 3 days a week along with that being on a draw you need to drive to six client visits a week using your gas and waiting for them to reimburse you. And your draw by the way is 4600 a month. And your commissions take your total Billings, let's see for example you build $20,000 that month in fees. Take take $20,000×45%=9000 then subtract your 4166. Draw your gross will be $4,834. Now minus your benefits. And if you don't make commissions one month your draw continuously rolls over month to month.

We are all work from home, but many locations are adding offices. Even with the added in-person office work, the flexibility is huge.

You can work from home but may be asked to go into an office if there is local real estate available.

Remote work is fairly standard across most departments.
