PTO hour acurral good yearly, but capped from year overlap

Offered to employees after 90 days

They give a great vacation plan

Probably good for new hires but recently changed to PTO so all time no matter what you need it for is PTO and the time was very limited.

You get PTO, every pay period you gain so many hours of PTO, can't remember if it rolls over or not/

Great disparity between hourly vacation time and salaried PTO. Management sells PTO plan as an offset to the lower than average wage for salaried employees. Hourly employees are resentful of the salaried PTO plan. Management even told salaried employees not to talk about the PTO plan because they knew it would make the hourly employees mad!
