Match is $0.55 per $1.00 up to 8% of your salary. In recent years they have had a bonus match the spring of the following year based on your contributions prior. They're also in the process of rolling out in-plan financial advice so your 401(k) isn't a black hole. You can work with an advisor to make sure it's right for you. Makes sense for a financial firm.
