Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, with an HRA and there was a fund which paid our deductible out-of-pocket costs up to 1 or 2 thousand dollars per year, it was very good.

Best thing about health insurance was the ability to roll over deductible funds to following year to cover the mid band of unpaid deductibles until full coverage was achieved.
