Health insurance is way cheaper if you are a healthy BMI and you don't use tobacco. You have to complete lame classes to lower your health insurance premium. Don't expect anything for having a baby. There is a lot of PTO though.

$1,500 Deductible for an individual. $4,500 for a family.
If you're married and both work at Covance, there is no benefit anymore.
