Pretty standard benefits package offered: About 3 weeks PTO to start (increases about every 5 years with the company), no separate sick days only 5 mandated from the state, paid holidays, 401K with company match, 3 different medical plans you can choose from with high deductible plan and HSA. They offer free blood work for all employees which is nice to have as it can get pretty expensive if you go to the doctors a lot and had to pay for it. Also a $300 fitness reimbursement is offered once a year for gym memberships or fitness equipment purchases.
