One of the best things about the company is JOB stability. If you decide to move to a different area and there is an opening, you can transfer. Worst is you only get one type of PTO. There is no separate time for sick.

Benefits overall are high-quality and extensive. I love the free access to healthcare through MDLIVE and resources they offer for parents like Ovia Pregnancy membership. The health insurance gives excellent coverage and low deductible and copay options. They have discounts available for car insurance and mobile phone plans in addition to others. Very happy with the benefits package.

Best thing is the amount of days off. Worst is that only thing for retirement is 401k and heath insurance is very expensive

Great company, lots of benefits

All benefits are great but the prescription part of it can become frustrating. They only pay for 2 month re-fills at your local pharmacy and anything after that requires mail order.

Cost of insurance is 3x higher than a non-profit and has higher out of pocket costs.
