Already shared in 90 day survey. Very expensive, not competitive for a company this size. They don't even allow you to contribute to an HSA. My monthly premium doubled, and out of pocket doubled. You can throw many resources at me, but the cost of benefits is outrageous compared to other companies. Including wellness benefit, earned is not competitive. Many do not have bonuses in professional roles. Industry standard for a parent is 20 / 26 weeks for maternity/paternity leave

Unlimited time off (FTO) is best thing. Medical is HRA, they provide a small amount for HRA account but you have to do a bunch of activities. They do not provide enough to cover deductible but it rolls over. You have a choice of insurance providers. Vision is decent. Have not used dental. 401K is fine. Has 4% match and it's fully vested day 1. Limited investment opportunities. Has a Roth option.
