It's the cheapest program they can find. High deductible, high premiums. Only worthwhile portion is you would get free testing if done via the company outside of genetics. But you pay for the doctor's review of the test so it's not as cheap as it sounds generally as your office copay/premiums mean it's sorta a wash.

Best thing is 401K slightly better than other large CRO (in my case, but this might be related to specific roles). Medical and other benefits very similar. Worst thing is costumer service when you have questions. In some situations I received the help I needed, and in other cases it was very difficult.
