Overall decent benefits package if just for yourself (1 person). Else it starts to get pretty pricey. For 3 individuals I had, it was around $300/paycheck (so around $600/mo). Dental is pretty good and visual is good as well. FTO (PTO) is good as well and after 1 year I have around 30-35 days for 2022 accumulated so that's very nice. I work from home and have very flexible hours.

401k match is 5%, and you are fully vested right away. This is much better than other big CRO competitors.

Unlimited time off for salaried employees. Health Insurance is expensive and difficult to deal with. Rx Insurance difficult to deal with, hard to figure out, and forces you to go to specific pharmacies and get 90 day doses.
