Benefits are actually affordable for families. Its was actually one of the only reasons I continued to work for them. Plus all your labs are included plus you dependents and spouse.

Great benefits. Depending on where you live, you can choose from several different plans, dental and vision.

Company offers traditional 401K 5% match. Nice perk is that it is immediately vested. Exempt employees do receive unlimited time off, although the work load is so high it is sometimes hard to use. Health insurance is much more expensive than my previous employers.

Benefits are expensive compared to other companies. Also, the FSA reimbursement is complicated. I could not get reimbursed for a covered procedure. There is no direct contact number to discuss the issue.

Moved from PTO (paid time off accrued over time - you start with 21 days and it increases of year of employment) to FTO (flex time off for everybody) which has its pros but I feel it is mostly a con.

You get 401 k very early in your employment. Not much wait time. Options of stock purchasing. College account for kids and IRA.
