Benefits are fine, the only options you have for healthcare are okay but expensive so sure there is health care but you don’t have a choice. I had insurance with them for 4 years and did not use it once because my deductible was through the roof and I was still paying $70 a month for what? To not use it? Stupid. Other benefits they offer will be the arguement point they use to not increase your pay either. Pathetic when you compare to rates of pay now for nontechnical or non medical roles are paying more hourly. Really need to sort out pay and benefits because people are not sticking around for it.

The variety of benefits offered are extensive, but they’re not quite top-notch. They’re definitely pretty great all things considered, but there’s always room for improvement.

the cost of your medical is very high. I pay $168.00 every two weeks for a single person policy. If you have a family, be prepared to pay over $200 every two weeks.
