The benefits package is comprehensive and the paid days off offered are the best I've ever had.

Great benefits included large PTO accrual, decently priced healthcare coverage (if you're not a tobacco user), and all labs paid for.

LabCorp has an excellent benefits package for employees. It consists of health, dental, eye, and life insurance, along with a multitude of perks.

Lots of paid-time off right out of the gate. ESPP Stock plan option, all employees receive a 3% 401k. Medical/Dental/Optical is a little sketchy and confusing.

They offer a very standard industry package including a 401k automatic contribution (but no match), health/dental/eye insurance and vacation/sick time packaged into one group that you can borrow from, as well. There are also standard holiday days as well.

Positive: 401(K) is offered & I believe they do match the amount the employee puts into it.
Negative: Some of the providers in-network are shady as f*ck and are actually more expensive than if you go somewhere Not covered under your insurance plan.
