Labcorp benefits

Best is that you can have as many labs done on yourself. Don't worry about insurance coverage when it comes to this. Deductible is kind of high at $1,500. Company car is great Passat with extras, you don't pay gas, insurance, but you do have a $100 dollar a month charge since you can use it for personal use.

Labcorp gives employees the opportunity to earn medical dollars towards their deductible. Our portion of the health insurance policies are very reasonable. Also, we get free lab testing.

Health benefits worst that I ever seen...

Vacation and time off are given, but difficult to take as there is only 1 or 2 people allowed per day off. It is frowned upon to take sick days, and they track everything and will hold it against you at your review. They will ask for a doctor's note if sick 2 days in a row. Medical benefit reimbursement monies are nearly impossible to get. One must take online and over the phone tests to get money back, and each test takes a minimum of 3 months to complete. Yes, this is difficult to explain as well as complete!

It's a fairly standard benefit package. Downside is, it seems to be getting more and more expensive each year.

We had excellent benefits until Labcorp took over..now the deductible is high, coverage is low & nobody can afford it

changing providers and plans in January so evaluating will have to "wait & see"
