Great benefit with maternity leave, and very accommodating when you are on fmla.

Health Insurance is pretty pricey for being a healthcare company, but they do have lots of options and vision and dental. You also get free lab work if you have it done at a LabCorp facility.

I've worked in the RCM department for the better part of 13 years. There will always be progs and cons with this company, but the benefits are pretty great. Not only do you and your immediate family get discount or free lab testing, you also get generous PTO, 401k, medical, dental, vision, and good work life balance. To be completely transparent, the generous PTO is not true of all departments, but as a salaried worker we have "unlimited" PTO and my department has never denied a request.

My role allows for Flex time off, which technically means "unlimited", but in reality the number of days you take off is tracked closely and publicly available, so it reflects negatively on you if you have taken more days off than other members of your team. Parental leave could be much better - 6 weeks paid, 8 weeks if you had a C section. Health insurance and 401k are fairly standard.

Great PTO (24 days per year from starting, many roles have unlimited PTO.)
