There are lots of free health and wellness programs available and up to $300 reimbursement for fitness equipment/gym memberships each year. Exempt employees have flexible time off, instead of a "bank" of vacation/sick time. The company has provide up to 2 paid sick days off after vaccinations, if needed and fully paid employees up to 14 days if they had to quarantine.
