Great benefits overall. Costs in line with other companies of this size (especially these days). Recent changes to 401k and Time Off policies were favorable to the employees! Plenty of work-life balance offerings as well, which is nice. Company has done a great job catering to the diverse needs of the workforce. Would be nice if employees at all levels were eligible for an annual bonus but I'm sure it's quite costly.
