FTO for exempt employees. PTO for non exempt 144 hrs per year to start. Increase every 5 years and capped at 240 hrs per year.

It is an awesome experience.

Its on a case by case basis the work that I do could be done remotely so was allowed

LabCorp has gone to a FlexTime Off system. They no longer give you a set number of days off a year but they claim to not track how many days off you take. They still do keep track of it, they just don't admit it. There is also no sick time just the FTO system.

Great foe salary employee's flexible time off.

Unlimited PTO, as long as your manager approves. But people don’t take it too often. Maybe like 3 weeks a year is what I’ve seen.
