Vacation & Paid Time Off

There is more time than my precious company offered. I have no issues with it.

3 weeks to start better than most places I have worked at.

Generous time off, difficult to get time approved.

It is a flexible time off for many of the employees.

They provide the standard Paid Time off.

Best thing is that you can borrow against your time off if an emergency comes up and you need time off that you have not yet accrued. Worst thing is that after 10 years, your time off is at the maximum it will ever be, so people with 20 years+ are getting the same time off as people with only 10 years.
