The insurance was just changed on their premium coverage compared to their basic coverage. They basically made their premium coverage a few percentages different vs the basic. You pay more for almost the same as the base but your copays are 10 dollars less and they increases the coinsurance to 10 percent less where it was 20 percent less before. They only care about how much they spend and not how well you get treated.
