While they allow you to work from home, they monitor your every step, oftentimes the call volume is so high and intense that you do not even manage to have bathroom or lunch breaks. The selfish tyrannical management does not give a damn!

Work form home was great, interpreting from the comfort of your home really allowed me to do a great job and concentrate in the silence of my room, which would not be possible if I worked in a call center.

You will feel isolated from others. Management is not there

work from home but you also get quality assurance many times and the retraining process takes over an hour.

You don't have to change you PJ in order to work. BUT this will soon change as they start to require the employees to switch to a system where eventually you have to work as a remote video interpreter.
