Remote work is excellent and my immediate Lead makes an effort to build team unity. Lots of bonding. Biggest negative has been the switch from our “Hub” model to fully remote as this impacted several associates who moved to other states for their positions.

The best thing is being able to work independently at home. The worst thing is because you’re working from home, you’ll catch yourself trying to get ahead outside of hours, but management does discourage this and tell you to set your boundaries.
