LendingTree, LLC (the “Company”), recognizes the importance of maintaining a safe workplace with employees who are honest, trustworthy, qualified, reliable, and nonviolent, and who do not present an unreasonable risk to the Company’s operations, employees, and business partners. Moreover, the Company is committed to protecting its resources and assets.

Lending has also created an internal Diversity and Inclusion Group (DIG). DIG was created to act as a valuable resource for employees and to advocate for diversity and inclusion (D&I) in thought and action, help employees reach their full potential through diverse collaboration and appropriate training, and raise awareness and compel leadership to vocalize support of diversity initiatives.
