I have excellent health care coverage

Lennar uses Cigna, which has multiple plans to choose from in a "build your own" package. Prudential has great 401K retirement investment options.

Their health insurance was perfectly fine when needed on occasion. For ongoing prescriptions, you could use a Prescription Express that was automatically sent to you and for using that service I had no copay on my birth control ... $0. Just make sure to allow enough time for it to be delivered before you run out.

Very high deductible and overall medical plan is average.

Covers a decent amount just expensive

I never used the health insurance plan, however, it is reasonable and not overly expensive. I would rate the health insurance well.

Company offers insurance thru Cigna. no complaints. they do offer a bunch of other options as well, but jumps high in price from basic to upgraded.

I am in shock...Insurance premiums tripled. I am a full-time server and one of their clubs, not only does their hourly rate SUCK @ $6.40hr ++, while other clubs pay $8.00hr++ to $10.00++ or a $20.00-$22.00 flat hourly rate but my insurance for my wife and I went from $125 bi-weekly to a staggering $405 bi-weekly. This sickens me... Before Lennar bought WCI, WCI put money into the program to keep premiums at a reasonable level for everyone which I applaud them for doing. Lennar on the other hand are a bunch of greedy pigs who do not seem to care for their employees and it certainly shows by their low hourly rates and crazy expensive insurance plans.... Hey, CEO Stuart Miller, while you are collecting your nearly $20 million dollar Salary and sitting at your desk in your huge office, why don't you take a moment and think of the well-being of your employees. Shame on you.
