6 weeks of disability plus 2 weeks of parental leave. Employees are paid at different percentages depending on length of service to the company. After 5 years, employees may be able to get all 8 weeks 100% paid, depending on approval by the disability provider/HR. This is pretty generous compared to most U.S. company policies for parental leave.
