Liberty's 401k plan seems in line with industry average. They used to offer more in terms of 401k match, but I believe they brought it to industry standards to sustain profitability. All in all I can't really complain.

Pension Plan is a nice perk that most companies don't have. It accumulates as a cash balance monthly paid by the company at 4.5% of your base salary and accrues interest credits at the 30-year T-bill rate and is transferable if you leave. 3-year vesting period. Definitely better than nothing!
