Very easy to get set up. Other comments about it only be applicable to one's current job - don't ring true to me. My program is set up to help me in the future as well as your current job. They probably won't pay for you to get a degree in Psychology, since you work for an insurance company - but anything related to business, I've seen covered. Great benefit and unlike most companies - you don't have to stay with them for a certain period of time after program completion or pay a penalty. However, as one commenter pointed out - you do have to stay long enough to get them to cover the full cost due to a max yearly payment.

I have seen better tuition assistance benefits in other companies. This one is below average.

My entire graduate school degree will be paid for by Liberty Mutual. They pay for tuition, fees, and books. However, it is capped at a $9,000 annual stipend, so if the program is very expensive, you would have to stay with Liberty Mutual many years to recoup all of the investment.

This is a benefit only available to help your current job, not if you want to have a different carrier within the company
