The health insurance that is currently offered helped me pay multiple hospital bills, and the dental insurance helped pay for my gum grafting. (It's not perfect, but it's still great, at least in my opinion.) The website for the 401k provider they utilize is user-friendly, and LS&S always contributes to my 401k. Plus, the benefits team in HR is pretty friendly.

Great health insurance for one person with the company contribution covering the whole premium. High deductible is covered by a company-paid FSA card. Once you add a dependent the price skyrockets about $700 per month, though the company increases the allowance to cover the deductible.
