Life Time needs to do a better job providing direct business to its trainers. Many trainers come on board and are expected to acquire their own business on their own. While a good thing for business, a lot of times good salesmen outlast good trainers.

Job training at the beginning is not great but they do a lot of continuing education over the time you work there.

It's fun to travel to Minnesota to train, but be prepared for zero training once you're home
