Worst thing is financial penalty for not participating in the offered wellness program. Rewards might influence more positive behavior than penalties for not playing their game. I'm quite capable, as are most, of taking care of my medical needs - don't need a "coach" to tell me I shouldn't smoke, overeat, drink alcohol, be a couch potato - I can figure that out myself. Besides - it offends me to be asked very personal questions that I need to answer over the internet!!
