Start PTO is great to start

Separate sick and PTO time.

Vacation time and PTO is based on accrual time. Beneficial to staff like myself who hardly take vacation or use it for Self-Care days needed.

Between PTO, sick days and holidays there are about 35 days off a year

I think I got 18 PTO and 11 holiday in my first year, crazy right

Starts at about 3 weeks plus 2 Floating Holidays, then goes up over time

They are very compensating about paid time off and having floating holidays plus sick leave as well as paid lunches it really works out in the employees favor! You can't use benefits until after 90 days but you still earn them from day one so it's awesome
