they say it takes a couple hours, and it's online, it takes more like 15-20 hours, but they only pay you for 3. They have known about the time discrepancy for at least 3 years and it's still like that. Then you go sit in a conference room for 9 hours while they go over everything you already learned and were tested on in the online modules. They provide you with one meal, my food allergies did not allow me to eat what they provided so they gave me a packet of fruit snacks.
