Limbach realizes the importance of creaing an environment that supports a diverse, flexible and adaptable workforce. As such, the purpose of our policy is to establish a program that creates opportunities for better work/life balance for employees, while ensuring that consistent, effective service to both internal and external clients is maintained. Work from Home arrangements are an agreement between the employee and company and all such arrangements are to be viewed as a benefit, not an entitlement. Any employee can pursue a work from home arrangement but not all are feasible. All requests are reviewed by management. All new employees must complete at least a 6 month waiting period before becoming eligible to submit a request
