Matching 50% of $18,000 in 2015 means $9,000 free. Now that is awesome.

Contrary to other comments here about the 401k match, I do not find this recent increase to be an industry standard. While I am happy yo see this change for 2015, I worked in the talent acquisition industry for several years prior to joining LinkedIn. As a FTE, the "standard" match by my previous employers was typically a dollar/per/dollar match by the company up to 5-7%. We are heading in the right direction, but not there yet.
