The 401k is generous and the pay isn’t bad. Health insurance is a bit lacking.

Vacation is prorated and you earn 160 hours (4 weeks) a year, 13.3 hours a month. Performance is discussed in March for the year previous and includes a raise and cash bonus depending on level in the company.

Difficult to withdraw 401K without a reason. Great 401K match

Health Insurance is awful. The only options are high deductible, so they won't pay for anything until you hit your 3 grand deductible (7 if you have dependants), and even then they only cover 80%. So you end up paying $60 a week for the privilege of paying another $7000 before they give you anything.

Max of 250 hours of vacation. Accrual is based on seniority in the company and start at about 13 hours a month.

When anyone starts, they accrue PTO at 160 hours per year. My previous employer would take 10 years to get that much.
