Force LM health plan is the pits. Large annual out of pocket coast compared to other local tech companies.

Cost way too much, coverage was minimal.

Basically a cheap, high deductible plan with no alternative options. Expect to pay out of pocket for everything until you hit the deductible, which is fine for some, but I'd rather pay more per month and have a cheaper copay when I need stuff done.

High deductable that is dependent on pedometer that isn't allowed in most controlled areas. A bad idea to base health insurance costs around something the company cannot ensure it's employees can wear.

The best thing is the HSA. A single person can earn over $1,000 a year towards their HSA through healthy actions. The worst is that they have high deductibles and do not cover prenatal care.

Great onsite medical office for minor medical needs I believe up to and including things like stitches.
