Cost is high for group health.

Plenty of plans to select from. Company picked up approximately 75% of health insurance premium, plus because of the company's size they were able to negotiate a lower premium. As a single person I paid about $100 a month for a very good policy.

From what I understand they have recently changed the Health Insurance. There are now 3 options you can choose from, and they all cover pretty much the same stuff except with variable deductibles and out of pocket maximums. All three options are very affordable.

No choice of plans, high upfront costs, great if you only need preventive care, bad for chronic illnesses

Prescriptions are inexpensive and many doctors accept the insurance.

There is a $1000 deductible, although must of the cost can be paid off with other program benefits. These program benefits include reaching certain step goals, getting a physical, and others.

Low cost and a strong coverage.

Rates increased by 80% for family plan

High deductibles, but can get money for participation in Virgin Health miles program.

Health insurance is expensive to buy, and expensive to use.
