Competitive health insurance benefits (high deductible health + HSA), HCSA/DCSA, fitness reimbursement, maternity/paternity benefits (maternity is 6-8 weeks in addition to what the state and Fed provides). Ability to switch between part-time and full-time (upon management approval) and retain health benefits. Most companies tout unlimited maternity leave, but when employee returns must work full-time, not so at LM.
