Many locations are 4/10s, which makes for 3 day weekends. PTO is competitive and when you play your cards right you can take a federal holiday, add 30 hrs PTO and make a 10 day break.
Health insurance could be better, depending on your location the health provider networks are hit or miss.
If you only compare 401k to 401k they are very competitive. But when you look at how other companies offer employee equity grants or purchase programs then it is much less competitive.
