From competitive pay and benefits to flexible work schedules and financial tools, at Lockheed Martin we show our appreciation for your skills, ambitions and potential.
Retirement package is great if you are salaried. 6% automatic 401k contribution and 4% match if you contribute 8%. So that's 10% company contribution if you put in 8% or 6% even if you put in nothing. The high-deductible health plans are expensive and discourage going to the doctor.

Great 401K. Company adds 50% of first 8% you put to your 401K each month. Besides the match, there are additional contributions they make to your retirement. You get 56h of floating holiday and 40h personal time a year, all those hours can be used as needed within a year. If you do not use them you lose them. Vacation hours: you can earn 10h a month and all roll over. There is a cap at around 400+ before roll over stops. One disadvantage is that if you work a lot of overtime, the overtime hours do not count-meaning they do no go to a bank from which you can withdraw in future when having a slow week.
