Most of benefits like 401k, Medical and vacation are above average when compared to other corporations. Of note, federal holidays are often given as flex days which can be used when ever you like so you can save them up and use with the earned vacation. Many of the business areas work on a 5-9 or 4-10 making work days rather long but giving long 3 day weekends well.

3 weeks of PTO a year, plus an extra week of sick time. Time is given for floating holidays since there has been a transition at MFC sites to 4 day work weeks (every Friday off). 401k matching is a whopping 8%.
