The health insurance is a High Deductible Health Plan which even if you pay for the most expensive package you still have to pay the entirety of any medical expenses up to $1600 before the insurance even kicks in.

Lockheed Martin has excellent PTO, 401 k, and Educational reimbursement plans. The medical insurance has been switched to a High Deductible format for non represented employees. If one is in good health and has a significant salary this is not a bad option. For those with low or moderate salary this plan can adversely impact them.
