Good 401k matching, 4x10 work schedule is great, 3 weeks annual vacation, health insurance used to be better

Mediocre. Checks many boxes but not well. There may be one charity it matches.

Horrible health insurance plan. HSA= out of pocket savings to pay for your health care.

401K is the best out there at 10% matched. PTO is 40 hours every january which expire at the end of the year and 10 hours additional every month that roll over for a total of 400 hours. Everything else is standard

Retirement Plan: One of the best matches of any companies, flat 6% off the top and 50% matching on 8%. A total of 10% provided by the company.
Vacation: 40 hours of sick day (doesn't roll over) + 120 hours of PTO (10 gained per month, capped at 400, rolls over). So a total of 160 hours a year or 4 weeks, this goes up slightly once you work for 10+ years, but not by much. Not too bad compared to other companies, but not great either.
Health Insurance: The plans offered are pretty bad and are all high deductible, HDHPs, depending on which location you're working at. They do offer a HSA with a free $500 per year if you do some simple health incentives.
